Return Process

  Verification & Approval

  Our technical support team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Device

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
